Heads up. - Melnor Model 3015 Aqua-Timer (Home Depot availability).
Got ours less than a month ago. Pretty nice packaging, outdoor LCD and all. -- and that's not so easy to do, as many of you probably already know..
Said it would last 3 months on a single 9-volt alkaline battery. Lasted barely 3 weeks.
Opened the gasketed battery compartment - device full of water!! Battery voltage read 0.812 volts. Now, can't find receipt, etc.... I'm hoping we just got a dud, but you would think a device that purposely places water and electronics in the same space would be better engineered.
Guess you can't judge a water timer by its membrane decal.
