I am unclear on how battery manufacturers rate their batteries is it over a period of 20 hours?
How much current can a 1.5V AA Duracell battery provide?

If I put an additoinal battery in series can I double all the values in the datasheet?

The voltage will double but not the current.

Correction: I meant the voltage doubles but not the current rating and capacity.
