So, what is the rating in volts per mil from the "spec" of Dielectric Breakdown Voltage, volts per ASTM, Meth. D149 6300 ?? I sure in heck am not going to pay near $50 for a PDF that costs them nothing to disburse. And i am sure there is a multiplicity of verbal obscurity to wade thru - with little likelihood of translation into real meaningful terms.
Anybody have a clue of rating in volts per mil?
