A question about SOA graph of MOSFETS

Hi, guys!

Usually, the SOA graph of a MOSFET is given by the datasheet at the Tc=25 degree condition. But when Tc is not 25 degree, such as 85 degree, how do I derive the SOA graph at that condition?
