Someone knows if exist a version of the microcontroller 80c552 with internal flah memory?

Is that a Siemens part? Atmel does a 64K flash part with 1K Xram +EEPROM and serial Bootloader programming 89C51ED2

Atmel does only 89C51/2 with flash memory.
Unfortunately it doesn't correspond to the 80C552.
Thanks anyway.
There was at least an EPROM variation and of course, you can order a mask ROM version. But I think this device is way old to order??

I recall there was a OTP and a very expensive flash version.
The technology was quite old - in an old fab process (meaning now very expensive).
So yes they have been available.. (
The 80c522 is still available because there are a few high volume uses.. But the flash version is very no really sold.
You could say the 80c552 is a non-promote part....
