I did not try the web. Looked in the TCE SK Series (1989) xref --> no. Looked in the Archer Semiconductor Reference Guide (1991) xref --> no. Looked in the ECG (1996) xref: 3SJ11 and 3SJ11A ==> 464 with note "Type is obsolete and no longer available from Philips ECG. Cross reference is retained for reference only". Is listed as a MOSFET Pchannel enhancement swithc 1,000 umho min gfs, Vgs(off) 5V max, Idss
10nA max, Id 3mA min (on) Ciss 5pf min, BVgss=25V max , Rdss(on) 600 ohm max, Pd 300mW max. Looked in the NTE (1998) xref: 3SJ11 and 3SJ11A ==> 464; same specs, no note.Join the Discussion
