Texas Instrument chip ID?

In a small guitar amp. A 16 pin SMD IC with no heatsinking and drives a 4 ohm speaker of about 8 watts probably.

Markings,

Nothing found on TI or my usual datasheet sites on those 3 numbers or concatenating pairs

I don't understand. Normal white print on black. Body of IC is just 0.15 inch square, 16 pin , whatever formal that is so presumably D class amp to not require heatsinking.
