Replacement of N and P Mosfet??? Stack one top of each other.

I have a dead APM9332 (N and P channel) Mosfet in the monitor inverter. However, I cant find any mosfet with similar values in mouser and digikey.

I am thinking of buying a N channel mosfet and a P channel mosfet and stack one on top. Question: Will it work if i stack a N channel mosfet SO-8 mosfet on top of a P channel mosfet. Will it have thermal problem?

The Zetex ZXMC3A18DN8 is pretty close. You will need to determine how hard they are pushing the N-fet and if the lower current rating and higher Rds is OK.
