Hello All. Could someone help me find a supplier that will sell me just a handful of the Infineon BTS7740G or similar (all in the BTS77xx series)? I have found one, Digikey, but they only supply a minimum of 1.000, and at the price of only $1.50 it becomes a bit too expensive for this repair :)
