Who makes the chips that generate the ubiquitous car alarm sound effects? The ones that cycle through five different annoying effects, but are ignored by everyone? eeee-ooooo, eeee-oooo, whoop whoop, bzzzt bzzzt, etc.
There must be at least one company and probably several that make essentially this same thing, since so many car alarms have the same sound effects.
