in a more or less standard 14 pin configuration, this chip has the following markings ---
ITT 7045 1471 9868
close by are some ITT 946-5D and ITT 962-5D and ITT9093X5D chips, which i think are DTL type logic, but so far i cant find any mention at all of a 9868, if that indeed is the significant identifer.
anyone have any info?
