14- or 16- segment LED display elements with common cathode

High together,

for a private project I need some LED display elements (14 or 16 segments) with common cathode, ideal in red colour or other, height is not so important (8 - 16 mm). Such parts are obviously not very common in use today. So I have problems to purchase it. Does anyone have an idea, where I can buy such parts?

Digikey has 1600+ Lite-on P3784E CC 13.8mm 14 segment displays in stock for USD 3.57 ea/249 100. They're 2 characters multiplexed. 630nm (red/orange color). Green (565nm) is the same price and similar brightness, but only 500+ in stock.
