Chciałem max1000 podłączyć do 2-giego kompa, ale problem - po podłączeniu, 2 żółte wykrzykniki w menadżerze urządzeń. Dałem na obu "aktualizuj sterownik", wskazałem katalog główny z rozpakowanego zip-a stąd:

wydaje się być ok, Quartus 17.1 rozpoznaje to jako Arrow USB Blaster.
