Hello! every body, my name is prashant and i'm in BE Electronics Engineering, I want to know about the capacitance between junction of transistors under effects of Forward and Reverse bias. For Example, i have read in a book that when collector base juction of transistor is forward biased during saturation mode there will be some storage of charges in juction which slows up the switching speed of transistor, but i cant realise this effect that how can it possible, so i need some help from you people.
