Hello. Is there a circuit I can refer upon, to agitate a stepper motor n number of steps clockwise, and the same n number of steps counter- clockwise? All very rapidly. Thanks for any advice given.

A stepper controller chip that has Step and Direction (MC3479?), a divide by N counter, a flip flop, and a clock oscillator (555?).
All of which are better done in software in a PIC or equiv. ;-)

Find a stepper motor controller that has a "direction" and a "step" input. Feed the "step" input with a pulse train, and toggle the "direction" input at your wobble rate.
