Yes, it's that "king of all eBay spammers" Charlie Nudo of Drums, PA once more, trying a "stealth" spamming run of only a few posts in off-topic/no-spam newsgroups to see if he can get away with it...which he obviously hasn't. It's either stupidity at work, or his self-destructive mental state which keeps him bashing in his own head, over and over again.
"Noodles" has recently had even more of his Google Groups spamming accounts shut down and now is only down to one. Also, his ISP, Frontier.net, is levying fines against email and Usenet spammers, probably which has helped keep "Noodles" somewhat under control. But, now it's time to rack up more of those successful spam complaints to get this account shut down, as well. The last campaign got all the remaining active spam accounts shut down by Google in short order.
Please take a moment to forward his spam post, along with complete headers and adding "SPAM from 216.222.224.175" in the subject line, to:
snipped-for-privacy@frontiernet.net snipped-for-privacy@ebay.com snipped-for-privacy@ebay.com snipped-for-privacy@google.com
Hopefully, in short order, yet another Charlie Nudo eBay junk spam account will bite the dust. For those unaware of this spamming psychotic megatroll, see:

Please consider a bit more research before complaining about abuse from a particular IP address; often there are many users behind NAT these days, operating in an entirely unrelated manner to each other, with a single visible public IP address. It is not fair to them to make a blanket condemnation. Dedicated spammers can redirect their trash from many IP sources as well, including public terminals, hotspots, and infected PCs. An effective anti-spam campaign really needs to address the issue of zombies first.
IMHO Usenet would be well served by a conversion to auto-moderation of technical newsgroups that are plagued by spam. In addition it would help to improve the terribly poor signal to noise ratio in some groups (in recent years) caused by the bad behavior of some participants.
Regards,
Michael

DB was banned from Google groups a LONG time ago if you'd look at the profile, and that means the posting is done from Usenet.
Anti spam measures my butt. The peanut gallery members will please refrain? The rest of us just normally ignore both ot them/

That spammer has been pouring his crap into rec.antiques.radio+phono for years. His ISP is either spinless, or blind with greed.

Mike, FYI:
Noodles' ISP, Epix, was bought out by Frontier of Rochester, NY earlier in the year. Frontier assessed both email and Usenet spammers a minimum $200 "labor charge" for disciplining them for Terms of Service violations, and has no problem cutting off Noodles' service entirely should he start up with the Google spamming again.
Google's finally responding now, as well, as Noodles has had 26 accounts shut down for spamming, harassment, etc. etc. etc.
Frontier's abuse mail:

They like having the IP of the spamgram in the subject line...for whatever reason.

Wrong (again,) Dutch Boy. "Spam" defined is unwanted, unsolicited email or Usenet articles which are designed to sell items or schemes for a commercial purpose. What my responses are is called "spam copping." Get a clue.

I don't live in public housing, I rent a common house from a landord. You don't know anything about anything but your little world of Usenet. You aren't even Nudo. You're the same useless syphilic gay crush of happines that always can't wait to bug other thinking it means something and might make me magically go away.
Quit wasting my time, Smashmouth. I have a shipment to make.
