Can someone explain what is commonly meant by tv power supply in traditional crt tv's of the 90's erz. What voltages are we talking about, what are the tell-tell signs to locate it on the chasis? Are there any other power supplies?

Typical outputs hard to generalise, usually have at least 3:a 95-130v, a 5-8v, one 26v or so...depends on the tv.
