the capstan motor will not run ... plus the head drum seems to be running away but dont quote me on that ... checked the obvious in power supply , no problems found there that i know of ... wondering if it may be a bad filter in the pwr supply or just a bad capstan motor or something entirely different ....
any help or insight appreciated
