Mine's also flashing the green light when I power it up. Naturally, the monitor exhibits no reaction. I've read that replacing the 50V
10uF capacitor will solve the problem.
I haven't found a suitable brand/model to replace the AC-L200. I haven't found anyone who can replace that capacitor.
Thoughts?
