in smps servicing,what volages are checking primaryand secondary section. i am unable to repair smps when checking primary,and secondary side all components are ok.what can i do service this type of problem.i check ic ,transisters diodes even pf capciter all are ok.

With due respect, if you are having to ask this question, then you are not sufficiently qualified to be working on these extremely dangerous and potentially lethal circuits. I would suggest that you first do some serious reading-up on the principles of operation, and even more importantly, the safety angles for working on them, before going any further with your attempts to either work with them, or effect safe repairs. Sorry if that appears negative, but there really are serious safety issues here.
