RCA TV model 32V5202 Chassis M134C ...according to customer was turned off when a big power bump occured. Later when they turned on the TV, it comes on to ch 3 with a blue screen and will not display video or respond to the controls. Menu items can be selected but nothing happens, like channel scan etc.
Is there reset of the processor on this set??
