Do you mean Right out of range - as in an overstatement?
I believe the model you have is an analogue cordless telephone with a corded phone base unit.
These are susceptible to radio interference.
How do you know the handset is out of range - is there a beep or does the signal just deteriorate?
You should firstly try relocating the base unit elsewhere away from any large metal objects.

when i switch on it beep 2 times and following message appear on screen out of range
