A lot of times instead of trying to find the correct replacement for a complementary pair of 2SA.... / 2SC.... TOP3 package trannies on one blown channel of an audio amp I tend to replace all 4 with cheap and plentiful 2 TIP2955 and 2 TIP3055 if the requirements are met or exceeded.
Is there an equivalent sort of generic power FET n and p type replacents for
2SJ..../ 2SK.... , BUZ etc say of about 10Amp/160 Volt in TO3P/TOP3? and also TO3 packages for audio use that are relatively cheap and common place like the TIPs. ?
