Yep. On most HP's, you can remove the paper pickup assembly by removing the cart, then removing the 4 screws holding down the pickup assembly. Wiping the cork/rubber pad with a rag wet with acetone, & doing the same for the rubber roller in the same assembly should fix any pickup problems.
Ouch! Yeah, OKI's require a bit of experience to fix.
