A friend of a friend has a Dell 1100 Inspiron. It shuts down (overheats?) and is not as fast as it once was. Can anyone recommend a tech in the Queens, New York area that can give this laptop the once over? The owner uses it to teach senior citizens how to use computers so she needs it for work but cannot afford a new one.
