Here are the results of a test of the Can-Pulse Charge Partner desulfaytor on two 12V batteries:
Before pulsing (I think that's the word) with the desulfator
8.0 AH 9.6 AHAfter pulsing with the CanPulse Charge Partner overnight, then charging the batteries back to their original voltages with a programmable power supply.
7.3 AH 9.0 AHThe readings were taken with an Intelligent Battery Tester (IBT red model). The batteries were rated 12AH and had been sitting for two months. Their voltages were 13.1V and 13.3V before, and after, the CanPulse Charge Partner desulfating run.
My opinion? This desulfator lowered the batteries' capacity. Will you find this info on manufacturers' reviews? I doubt it.
