Wanted - Philips UV916 datasheet from 'DC03' databook

Hi folks, I'm trying to track down a datasheet for the Philips UV916MD UHF TV tuner module. This is contained in the following tome:

MANUFACTURER - PHILIPS BOOK TITLE - DISPLAY COMPONENTS 03, TUNERS ETC VOLUME - DC03

Publication date believed to be 1990 or 1992, though earlier or later releases may also contain the datasheet. Naturally we had a copy of this at work but it got chucked out in the last building move.. :(

I've got a box of these tuners, and I'd like to know how they differ from the standard UV916 (they have an extra pin and what appears to be a UHF-out connector...)

Does anyone have a copy of the Philips DC03 (Display Components Book
