Square/Sine Wave Effect on Electron vibrations

Hi,

I need this very specific information. I'd like to know the difference in electron vibration (no matter how miniscule) when sine waves AC and square waves Alternating Current are inputted into the wire.

As you know. The electrons don't really move much at all (the drift velocity is so slow so it just sit there and vibrate). The effect is like water in a hose, the H20 particles in a region don't move as fast as the group velocity.
