is this a good value for a variable dc power supply? tia sal

Greets All,

I'm doing some electrolysis testing and was wondering if these power supplies will do the trick

If not can anyone reccommend one

PS. 01PHSY3002-3 the cheapest on is the one I'm looking at. I need two variable outputs to test with.
