Hi all,
I'm using x2 27C1001 Eproms bascially in parallel for a 16bit wide data bus, I'm sure there are 16bit roms out there which would be smaller and cheaper than eproms ? I only need them to be one time programable, could anyone suggest a range of devices which will do the same job ?
