anyone have a website for this topic...im looking for an article discussing direct short and ground faults. their causes and how they can be corrested, ground fault protective equipment and use of bonding jumper...i have a report about this...

thanks in advance

GFCIs and circuit breakers (sometimes combined) protect against ground faults and shorts. Also, AFCIs are now available to prevent fires when a fault will not trip an ordinary breaker. There is a wealth of information out there on these topics. NFPA publishes the NEC and those are both good sources for more information.
