Please somebody tell me the reasons for the occurance of CFs (coupling faults) and/or NPSFs (neighborhood pattern sensitive faults) in semiconductor memories especially observed in high density DRAMs. And if possible kindly suggest me some reference material on this topic... Thanks Kally
