Hi,
I wasn't able to find a bscan .bit file to program the flash on my Xula2 board so I built it myself. Link follows, includes also the .ucf file (only LOCs for the flash pins, nothing else).
It requires an external JTAG interface and a Xula2 board needs to be configured for external JTAG (see manual). In other words, it will -not- work through the USB connector on the board. The vendor's tool will do that (but I didn't succeed in running it on Windows 8.1).
