I have been looking for an SDIO serial port.
A single chip would work as well.
SDIO async serial port Txd, Rxd, CTS, RTS
Also Linux and Win drivers.
Are these still around ?

You could do this with the right Atmel SAM3 Cortex-M3/M4 controller Best Regards Ulf Samuelsson
1> The serial port that this SDIO port need to connect to is another processor. (redesign is not an option) 2> Which SAM device has SDIO device side interface ? ( not Host side)
