Jusr curious if anyone ran across the recent article about a project for '3rd world nations' that involved a FPGA based 'thin client'.
This thing has ehternet, 2mb video ram, etc... for under 100 pounds... looks about the size of a VHS tape...
Not a lot of detail yet, but it sounds perfect for a lot of SoC projects...
Now the trouble would be how to get one of these beasts in single quantities...
