Hi, Please let me know - what is the advantage of fully specifying don't care conditions?

I can only immediately think of one advantage, which is that a formal equivalence tool will then be able (or better able, anyway) to compare two netlists from different synthesisers. There are disadvantages, of course, which will normally outweigh this.
Your code will be easier to modify and test.
