I assume you know that Agilent Technologies is the HP spin-off that got the Test & Measurement business, and that you've checked their FTP site: ftp://ftp.agilent.com/pub/manuals/

(This FTP site has HP and Agilent manuals which have not yet been posted to the official Agilent website.)

Have you checked some of the HP archives site that are on the web? AFAIK, they have no connection with HP or its Agilent Technologies spin-off. Again AFAIK, they're all run by retirees from HP or fans of HP gear.

This ham radio site has info on products from HP (and other companies) which are relevant to ham radio. Kind of a stretch for your request, but you might get lucky.

Finally, there's a Yahoo! group on HP & Agilent equipment. Haven't visited it for months; no idea if it's still active or not.
