I hope somebody can help me to fix my scope ?
Everything was working fine until I connect output of Hp-3314 signal generator direct with cable to one input of scope, few seconds latter screen was gone with message " No signal found " Generator set-up was at 0.5V pp /
1 000 000 Hz / sine / clean AC output / no any DC offset. I check again generator output at TDS-220 scope and everything was OK.
Since I was sure that maybe was wrong with CH-1 I try to da same at channel-2, after few seconds same thing happened. Now I have NO working HP-54100 Scope, maybe there is some kind of input protection diodes, smd-fuses etc?
I don`t have service manual so any advice will help,
