Does anyone make a LED spotlight for the car that uses several 1-3 watt white LED's and operates off of D cells?

How about 48 LEDs?
It's not a complete "spotlight", but it's the makings for one, FWIW:
The white one runs on 12v (car voltage).

I'm more interested in lumens than LED count.
