People are using FreeRTOS.org on the TMS but I unfortunately don't have the h/w necessary to support this. The ARM7 core used on the TMS means a port will be very similar to existing ARM7 ports for other vendors chips. I believe the interrupt management is slightly different on the TMS so that would need looking into.
