Hi I am looking for a secured EEPROM memory to store encryption keys. Atmel secure memory At88sc is under consideration. Is there any other equivalent part you can recommend? I need the following features:
- Scrambled data bus
- password access control
- Anti-tearing
- Voltage and Freq monitor
Or any experience with At88sc chip is appreciated too.
