Problem with SIMCOM 300 Module

Hi,

1.How to IGNITE SIMCOM 300 Module with the help Hardware Only. 2.SIMCOM300 Module work well when pwrkey is always ground this is correct method or not, this procedure may affect module or not

any one have face this problems, give remedy

I can?t remember what the datasheet spec was but I pull it to GND for

1500 ms. This Starts up the module but be careful, if already on it will shut it down. Test the VCC_EXT line first, it will be at 3.3V if the module is running. Remember the VCC_EXT line outputs 3.3V or nothing. So an 8051 type port with internal pull-up will not be able to read that as an input. In that case use and inverter or pull down resistor.
