PDA SYSTEM BOARDS

That one's a misconception. Most PDAs go to just as heavy a power-up boot sequence as a full-fledged PC --- their advantage is that the power essentially never does go down in PDAs. That's what they have batteries for, and also why they can remind you of meeting times even if they're supposedly "off".

Is it possible to buy PDA system boards and serperate small monitors or other simular systems and make up your own.

Something like PC-104 but PDA type setup, construction.

Great thing about PDA or simular systems they are very quick booting up, and don`t go through complecated process if power is suddenly shut off.

Thanks Russel
