Jul 27, 2008 4 Replies

Dear Comp.Arch.Embedded reader

The TestApe unit test framework is a framework for unit testing embedde software written in plain C. It will run with GCC/Linux, GCC/CygWin o Microsoft CL/Windows.

Latest release has just been announced - feedback is needed, so if you ar in the process of evaluating test frameworks, I would really appreciate, i you would take a look and perhaps give it a try.

Here's my feedback: DON'T SPAM!

I don't buy anything sold by SPAMmers. EVER!

What makes you consider it spam? I concede it may be, but it may be public domain or open source too.

It's an unsolicited commercial advertisement. Why WOULDN'T you consider it SPAM?

IT is a product announcement. How would you feel If I announced a new Keil, IAR, cosmic, compiler in this NG?

Public domain or open source does not change anything. It is still a product announcement and SPAM
