I'm looking for some DDR2 reference designs, especially designs with more than one chip installed. I'm working with someone who is having big signal integrity problems. He has no series damping resistors in his design, and doesn't see the need for any. DIMMs have 22 Ohm series resistors, but none of the designs that I can find on the web seem to have them, but they're all simple one chip designs.
