The ARM Architecture Reference Manual available from arm.com (and various other places, including printed from Addison Wesley) only covers ARM architectures up to ARMv5. He asked the exact same question in comp.sys.arm and was told by Paul Gotch (ARM Ltd.) that v6/v7 documentation is only available via ARM support. Guess he didn't like that answer, so he asked again here...
