Is it using 3 wires or 4 wires protocol?
I find that if I fix to set the CS high. The reading is no working.
So why someone say that it uses 3 wires?

Because they are right, if you jam the _CS (observe) to the correct state, which is detailed in the data sheet.
The reading is OK when CS is following the timing diagram.
AMAZING! So, when you follow the instructions it works, and you want to know why it doesn't work when you don't follow the instructions?
