Witam, chce zrobic wlasne VCXO na 30MHz. Lepszym pomyslem jest zastosowanie tranzystora bipolarnego czy polowego i w jakim ukladzie?

Ja od kilkunastu lat robie je na bipolarze hmmm zalezy do czego ma to sluzyc jeszcze ale pisz to moze podpowiem.. Pozdrawiam de Robert
