16C745 programuje się JDM`em :) bez problemu a oprogramowanie, swietny i juz kultowy I-cprog, lub PicPGM_Programer.

Programatorek można kupić na giełdzie za 8zł :) wprawdzie jest tam podstawka do

16F84 Ale po wlutowaniu 5 kabelków masz już programator coś ala InCD.

chyba ze wolisz sobie złożyć np takiego InCD ( In Circuit Debugger )
