Witam! Mam tranzystor smd, oznaczenia ma takie: LR014 R 546P

07 11 Wymiary obudowy: szerokosc 6mm, wysokosc 5,5mm, grubosc 2mm. Czy moze mi ktos powiedziec co to za tranzystor? Dziekuje za odpowiedzi!
